Cbre Italia has assisted TH Real Estate, one of the main administrators of real estate investments at international level, in the sale of the company owning Serravalle Retail Park, a part of the Herald fund. The company, now the owner of Aedes SIIQ, has been transferred for an amount of about 39 million euro.
The Serravalle Retail Park, with a GLA of 27,665 Sq m, boasts an offer of solid brands in the house, clothing and electronics segments, among which Mondo Convenienza, OVS, Maison du Monde and Unieuro. The whole area includes, besides the Retail Park, also a Factory Outlet and a Shopping Centre with a very varied tenant mix, addressing a catchment area of over 200,000 residents ( in a distance of approximately 30 minutes by car), and it benefits from an excellent position among Piedmont ( about 100 km from Turin and 25 from Alessandria), Lombardy (92 km from Milan) and Liguria (50 km from Genoa).
With this operation, TH Real Estate continues with the divestiture of the Herald fund, of whose assessment CBRE is working on. The fund is constituted by 10 retail properties based in Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, and Italy for a total gross surface of 234,550 Sq m. The Italian sub-portfolio included the Metropolis shopping centre in Rende (CS) and the Navile retail park in Bologna, both sold in July 2016.
