Cbre assisted Immsi Spa in the sale of an asset located between Via Abruzzi and Via Sardegna, Rome. The asset was acquired by a reserved real estate investment fund managed by InvestiRe for 62.5 million euro. The property is almost entirely let to various tenants for office use and develops over eight floors, a for a total GLA of 11,500 Sq m.
