The figures from the Revenue Agency shows how Cascina Merlata, on the northern outskirts of Milan, is the most dynamic market, with more houses sold than the existing stock.
Yesterday the construction for the second lot started: other 180 energy-efficient apartments at affordable prices. The building is designed by the architecture firm Citterio-Viel&Partners.
