Carron to develop a carbon-free hotel near Bolzano

Carron announced the development of OLM Nature Escape, a carbon-free hotel in Campo Tures (Bolzano), with a total investment of €12 million. The asset will offer 42 units, 25 of which with a private spa, powered by an 8,000 Sqm, geothermal system and photovoltaic panels covering 3,000 Sqm. The project is financed by UniCredit with a minibond of €3 million.
