The Carige office in Milan goes to Antirion (Enpam)

At the end, Enpam through its fund Antirion succeeded. Yesterday the purchase was formalised for the building in Corso Vittorio Emanuele owned by Carige that hosted the offices in Milan of the bank. The price is 108 million. An amount that confirms the great recovery of the Milan property market in the best areas. Antirion beat its competitor from Naples Colella owner of Alcott.
