Bloomberg confirmed ongoing negotiations between Pai and Goldman Sachs for B&B Hotels

Goldman Sachs is negotiating through its merchant banking division with the private equity firm Pai Partners regarding the hotel chain B&B Hotels. The deal is valued at around 2 billion euro, and it’s expected to be concluded by the second half of the year.
