Beni Stabili sells the Coin Excelsior building in Milan

Benis Stabili is ready to put on the market a packet of five properties. Aligned with its strategy of focusing on offices in Milan, the company decided to transfer some shopping centres, among which there is the building accommodating Coin Excelsior in Milan in Galleria del Corso. The other properties are located in Vigevano, Beinasco (Turin), Nerviano, and Montenero di Bisaccia. The value of the portfolio should exceed 200 million euro, according to some rumours, but the main asset is Coin Excelsior which could be worth 120 million alone but which has always badly performed. It’s rumoured that the owners might also sell the assets separately. However, there isn’t an advisor yet, someone says it might be Bnp Paribas to get the mandate.
