Bei signed a new lease contract for new offices in Rome

Bei is renting new offices in Rome. Rome is the biggest location of the communitarian institution after Luxembourg, and it accommodates an operational division that works on financing. Last year, Italy was the first country in Europe to benefit from the investments of the group Bei (Banca e Fondo Europeo per gli Investimenti) with an issuance of 12.3 billion euro to fund 119 projects. The legal firm Nctm assisted Bei for the corporate and real estate aspects.
