Barings to develop a logistic hub near Verona

Through a real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos, Barings has recently acquired a land plot near Verona, where the company plans to develop a class A logistic hub. The project implies the construction of 40,000 Sq m warehouse space by 2021 and additional warehouses for approximately 35,000 Sq m by 2022.
