Through its fund Value Add II Italy, Barings sold off-market, with the assistance of Gva Redilco, an office building located in Corso Porta Vigentina, in Milan city centre. The buyer is a leading insurance company, which will move its HQ there. With a 5,000 Sq m surface, the asset had been completely overhauled and is LEED Platinum certified.
