Banca Ifis: there are still NPLs for 170 billion with the banks

Despite NPL transfers for 192 billion euro from 2015 till the first quarter of 2019, banks still have NPEs for 170 billion in their accounts. Of these, 90 billion are NPLs and 80 UTPs. There are about 1.5 million debtors in Italy; one million are privates, while 500 thousand are companies. The average default rate is 1.33%.
