Banca Finint acquired a residential building in Turin from Generali

Through its closed-end alternative investment fund Fondo Immobiliare Gran Torino, Banca Finint acquired from Generali Real Estate Sgr Palazzo Gran Torino, a building in old town Turin covering approximately 17,000 Sq m. The asset is occupied by stores on the ground floor, while the remaining seven floors are for residential and office use.
