Bain Capital bought offices from Amundi

Amundi Re Italia Sgr sold an office portfolio for 94 million euro to Bain Capital, which is currently working on strengthening its presence on the Italian market. The portfolio includes offices in Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna), two assets in Milano and one in Roma, and one building in Cinisello Balsamo-Milano.
