Alì: a bigger store, houses and a hotel in place of the old hospital

The urban implementation plan for the former Umberto I hospital in Mestre, recently acquired by the retailer Alì, implies the demolition of up to 180 thousand Sq m. The plan allows the possibility of building a hotel with 150 rooms, shops and supermarkets for 16 thousand Sq m, and about 300 apartments.
