UniCredit sold the Pavilion to Coima Res for 45 million

Coima Res signed with UniCredit a preliminary contract for the acquisition of the Pavilion, the multifunctional facility designed by Michele De Lucchi in Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan, where the UniCredit tower is located, for a value of 45 million euro (46.3 with taxes and due diligence costs), to which it might add 5 million euro of earnout (additional disbursement). According to the memo of the real estate company led by Manfredi Catella, the closing is expected by the end of the year.
