Rome: A Business City will be created at Leonardo Da Vinci airport for an investment of 190 million euro

Aeroporti di Roma has launched a new project for Fiumicino airport. The objective is to create business district integrated with the airport for a total investment of 190 million euro.
The plan implies the construction of seven Lee Gold certified buildings requalifying pre-existing industrial areas for a total surface of 91 thousand Sq m, along with parks and public spaces for 41 thousand Sq m. The main highlight of the project will be the congress centre with 1300 seats plus two new hotels, aiming at developing congress tourism in Rome.
ADR, together with BNP Paribas Real Estate, is in charge of the commercial development of the project.
