Porta Nuova: the requalification of The Corner is completed

Generali Real Estate Sgr completed the requalification of the office building The Corner, located at the corner between Viale della Liberazione and Viale Melchiorre Gioia, covering a surface of 23 thousand Sq m, 19,140 of which for office use.
The building will accommodate the Versace headquarters, as well as the Huawei and Inter FC central offices. The building was awarded the Leed Gold certification for sustainability and energy saving.
