Porta Nuova is completed: requalification project for 10 billion euro by Coima

Public spaces for a surface for over 150 thousand Sq m will complete the Porta Nuova project. Coima has recently acquired the buildings comprised between the former Telecom offices in Via Pirelli 35 and the ex-municipal offices in Via Melchiorre Gioia 22.
Coima will proceed with the requalification of the area through a common masterplan by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects in collaboration with the architects of the Patricia Viel studio, who won the bid launched by Coima.
