No big changes for the Italian office market

Transactions for non-residential assets have reported stable results in the first half of 2019. Investments amounted to 1.7 billion euro and 45 operations, following the trend of the last five years. The office segment represented 60% of the total, with Milan attracting 750 million euro of the total investments.
