Bottega Veneta (Kering Group) has recently acquired two buildings in Via Marelli from Camuzzi for 32.5 million euro.
The buildings are part of a larger complex located in Via Ripamonti. The third building was bought by Coima, and it’s partly leased to Daikin, while Eni will occupy the other part. Coima also bought the fourth building which is currently under requalification.
Property prices around Romana station have increased from 200 euro/Sq m to 300 euro/Sq m over one year.
