24 August, Linkedin

Kryalos started the requalification of Palazzo di Fuoco, the historical building built in the Sixties in Piazzale Loreto, an asset of the Kryalos SGR property fund All Star.

The building was designed by the architects Giulio Minoletti and Giuseppe Chiodi between 1958 and 1961, and it’s one of the signature buildings of the period in Milan. The name (literally “Palace of Fire”) comes from the spectacular lighting system of the glass façade that used to change according to the weather. The requalification, which is assigned to the architects of GBPA, aims at bringing back its original and innovative characteristics which made the building unique at the time while upgrading its functions and technologies to valorise the property at its best. The works are expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
