Kryalos acquired Palazzo Mancini in Rome from UniCredit

Kryalos Sgr completed the acquisition of Palazzo Mancini from UniCredit for its closed-end real estate investment fund Virtus. The 17th-century building is located in Via del Corso 270 in Rome and has six floors above ground and one underground for a total surface of 8 thousand Sq m. Once the headquarter of Banco di Sicilia, the asset will be renovated and converted into prime offices.
