Kryalos acquired 10 real estate assets from Covivio for 263 million

Kryalos completed the acquisition through its real estate investment fund Arete. The operation represents a change in the strategy of the asset management company, as the acquisition concerned various locations nationwide, like Milan Rome and Venice. The operation also included buildings of artistical and historic value, all of them leased to prime tenants, granting interesting returns.
