The Institute of cooperative banks is selling five assets in Milan

A portfolio of five properties, three of which in the centre of Milan, one in the suburbs and one in Assago Milanofiori. This is the portfolio, called Marble, that the advisor Cbre is selling on behalf of in the Institute of Italian cooperative banks. The portfolio is worth 75 million euro for over 25 thousand Sq m surface.

The portfolio includes offices in Via Verziere, Corso Europa 18, Via Broletto, Via Zurigo and, indeed, Milanofiori. The most significant and attractive assets are those in Via Verziere and Corso Europa. Some properties, besides offices, have also a residential function.

There are at least forty national and international investors interested in the competition. The portfolio may interest value-add investors since the properties are empty at the moment and they need to be requalified before being placed on the market.
