Business City, the new hub in Rome

An innovative business district located near the Fiumicino airport. Business City in Rome is the new facility designed and implemented by Aeroporti di Roma that will offer innovative spaces and services to companies, labs, startups and professionals to run their business on a global level. The new centre will be composed of seven buildings with offices as well as smart-working and coworking spaces.

The strength of the district will be a conference centre of 1,300 seats including also two new hotels. The investment is assessed around 190 million euro. Business City will be implemented through the requalification of the already expositing areas. The demolition and the preparatory works will start in the next months, the first four buildings of the district will be available between 2022 and 2023, the other three will open in 2024.
