14 March, Milano Finanza

Unicredit put on the market non-instrumental assets (mostly former bank branches) for a total value of one billion euro, and Blackstone might be one of the potential buyers. Unicredit is not the only bank selling its real estate assets. Deutsche Bank transferred 90 of its Italian branches to the fund Fondo Immobiliare through sale& leaseback, while Credito Valtellinese together with Beni Stabili has recently put on the market an office portfolio. Finally, Mps might soon sell instrumental assets amounting to half a billion in total.
