Banca d’Italia selling assets in Milan and Perugia

Banca d’Italia continues with the divestiture of its real estate assets by announcing the sale of properties in Milan and Perugia. Specifically, the properties for sale are the one in Corso Sempione in Milan and the S.A.Di.Ba. complex in Perugia, a former training school for bank directors. Both properties have been put on the market without a starting price. The potential buyers will have to submit a manifestation of interest by 21st March 2019. After that, Banca d’Italia will make a final decision concerning the players that will be admitted to the following stages of the selection also considering the offered price. By April, the bank will disclose its decision and every player admitted to the next step will receive an invitation to present its binding offer. Following the submission of the binding offers, the bank will determine the minimum value of the asset on which the adjudication will be based.
