Ubi Banca sold NPLs for 900 million euro

Ubi Banca announced the transfer of bad loans for a gross amount of 900 million euro, 157 of which originating from factoring and 740 from leasing. Meanwhile, the bank accepted the binding offer from Credito Fondiario regarding the transfer of a non-performing leasing portfolio for an approximate nominal value of 740 million euro.
