The former Ghigi pasta factory is still on the market: a new auction in December at a lower price

As reported by Corriere di Romagna, the auction for the sale of the former Ghigi pasta factory was inquorate. The property has a 30,000 Sq m surface, and it’s located on the road between Consolare Rimini and San Marino. The second auction in July was also inquorate, although the price had been reduced to 4,800,000 euro, with minimal raised bids set at 128,000 euro. But the situation is supposed to change in the next months. In December the prices will decrease to 3,600,000 euro, and the third attempt might be successful. The delegate for the divestiture process said that there had been potential buyers visiting the property, which has been closed since 2005. Besides, other players might take part in the auction but haven’t revealed their intentions yet.
