2017 registered a remarkable growth of logistics properties. As communicated by World Capital in its last report, the segment has registered increases throughout the country, with a peak of 12% on a yearly basis in the province of Piacenza, where the presence of Amazon has caused the demand for warehouses to rise. Milan, however, is still among the favourites.
