Barings to develop two logistic hubs in northern Italy

Barings acquired buildable land for over 100,000 Sqm to develop two grade-A logistic warehouses in Caorso (Piacenza) and Serravalle Scrivia (Alessandria). Both assets will have Leed Gold and Net Zero Carbon certifications.

Kryalos acquired two logistic assets near Rome and Verona

Through its closed-end real estate investment fund Thunder III, Kryalos completed two new acquisitions in the logistics segment. The first transaction concerns an asset covering 6,000 Sqm in Pomezia (Rome). The site is fully let to multiple tenants operating in the pharmaceutical sector. The second property is located in Bovolone (Verona), has a 16,000 Sqm surface and is entirely occupied by a pharmaceutical wholesaler.

New logistic hub to be created in the port of Trieste

Icop plans to develop a logistic hub in Servola steelworks, which had closed two years ago. The project has been granted €20 million in funding by BNL BNP Paribas and UniCredit and is guaranteed by insurance company SACE. The operation is included in a broader project which implies the requalification of the industrial and port activities, the environmental recovery and the reconversion of the Servola plant.

Prologis launched PARKlife renovation project for Prologis Park Romentino (Novara)

Namira acquired two logistic assets near Varese and Turin

Through its fund STAR PAS ITA, Namura Sgr acquired two logistic assets in Origgio (Varese) and Settimo Torinese (Turin), covering a total surface of 41,400 Sqm. The property in Origgio (21,400 sqm) includes office spaces on the first floor, whereas the asset in Settimo Torinese (20,000 Sqm) consists of a logistic warehouse and a processing area, two automated warehouses and an office building.

GLP to build warehousing space in Anagni (Lazio)

GLP to open its first warehouse in Italy

Kryalos acquired a logistic asset in Stezzano (Bergamo)

Through the closed-end real estate investment fund Thunder III, Kryalos Sgr completed the acquisition of a logistic property in Stezzano (Bergamo). The asset was built in 1974 and renovated in 2010, covering about 21,000 Sqm and featuring 28 loading docks.

Cordifin acquired logistic areas in Verona for €26.5 mln

Cordifin, a company operating in the aluminium, zinc and copper sector, acquired for €26.5 million a 200,000 Sqm logistic area located in the freight terminal Interporto Quadrante Europa, near Verona. Swiss group Hangartner is in charge of the logistic management of the facilities. The operation was funded for €21 million by Illimity Bank.

Carlyle acquired a logistic portfolio in northern Italy

Through its fund CER-L-III, Carlyle Real Estate Sgr bought a portfolio consisting of logistic hubs in strategic locations in the north of Italy. The operation was financed by Société Générale, among others.
