York to invest 130 million euro in Russotti hotels

York Management Capital will buy debts from the Italian hospitality company Russotti for 144 million and will enter its capital with an investment of 130 million euro, obtaining a 40% share.

Russotti is the fourth domestic hospitality group in the congress segment, owning hotels in Milan, Rome, Venice and Siracusa. Thanks to the fund’s investment, it will be possible to relaunch the company and renovate some of the hotels.
