The former Rai building in Turin is for sale. It will be turned into a hotel

After having been vacant since 2016, the former Rai building near Porta Susa in Turin has been recently put for sale. There is no auction starting price, although the restructuring costs are assessed around 7 million euro.
The building has 19 floors and a gross surface of approximately 28,600 Sq m. It might become a hotel of 300 rooms by 2021.
