The BNL building in Rome about to be sold and converted into a hotel

BNL is about to close the deal for the sale of its former Rome HQ. The historic building will become a luxury hotel. Among the bidders, there is Katara Hospitality of the Qatar sovereign fund.

The asset is worth 200/250 million euro and covers a 14 thousand Sq m surface.
