Liguria: The Pigna Terme Hotel has plummeted in value. Now for auction for 10 million euro

The Pigna Terme Hotel has reappeared again on the list of properties for auction published by the Court of Imperia. The properties for sale in September are about forty, all of them including pictures, auction dates and starting prices. Among these, there is also the Pigna Terme Hotel, following the bankruptcy of the company of the Bordighera entrepreneur Piergiorgio Parodi. The starting price for the property was 25 million euro one year ago, now the price set by the Court has dropped to 10 million euro from the 12 million and 700 thousand reported last February.
