Four hotels featuring a reception, a restaurant, a golf course, a clubhouse, a wellness centre, a multifunctional space and a playground area, 360 beds in total for a volume of 76 thousand cubic metres. The investment amounts to 30 million euro. These are the numbers of the hotel complex designed by Oreste De Valle’s Ivi Petrolifera which will rise in Torregrande, near Oristano, on the western coast of Sardinia.
The project has been officially presented in the past few days and was submitted to the commission for the environmental impact (Via), while it’s waiting to obtain the green light from the Region of Sardinia within 60 days. The project will definitely mean a radical change in the hospitality and touristic offer for this part of the island.
