Invesco to acquire a hotel in Florence for 110 million euro from Artinvest

Invesco is about to close the deal for the acquisition of the former Monte di Pieta for 110 million. The property was bought by the fund Artinvest for 27.5 million euro, which made additional investments to start the construction site to implement a four-star hotel under the German brand 25 Hours.
