Inquorate auction for the Carimate Castle near Como

The auction for the Carimate Castle, with a starting price set at 10 million euro, got inquorate. Most likely, a new auction will be scheduled at a lower base price. Built in the 14th century by the Visconti family, the property covers a total gross surface of 7,335 Sq m, and it’s surrounded by 5 hectares of park and wooded area. Given the asset’s commercial intended use, some luxury hotels expressed their interest, but no offer was made.
