Villa Gernetto is for sale. It was supposed to become the University of liberals

The banker Guido Roberto Vitale got the exploratory mandate for the sale of Villa Gernetto, the residence that Silvio Berlusconi used in the past as the location for cultural and international projects of Forza Italia. According to Milano Finanza, Fininvest might sell soon the villa in Lesmo, Brianza. According to the original plan, the property should have accommodated the “University of liberal thinking”, with professors mainly chosen among the international political leaders that covered important role in their countries. Villa Gernetto also hosted some Forza Italia conventions.
