Milan, Piazza d’Armi and Magazzini Baggio have been put for sale

It was rumoured since along time and it’s now official: Invimit (the asset manager of the Ministry of Economy) has put for sale the “Baggio warehouses” and those in Piazza d’Armi. The areas used to accommodate the military warehouses and had been left in a state of decline for the last few years due to illegal construction.

The Inter management might be interested in the area to create a new sports district. The total surface is 38.7 hectares with a buildable area of 270 thousand Sq m. The properties will be sold online through the portal “Vetrine Immobili” on the new Invimit website. Talking about the future of the area, the City Councillor for urban planning Pierfrancesco Maran has declared that “the solutions offered for the areas are legitimate”.
