Inps transferred other two properties to the i-3 Silver Fund managed by Invimit Sgr

03 November, Milano Finanza

Inps transferred assets for the second time to the i3 Silver Fund managed by Invimit Sgr. The transfer concerns two properties selected to be reconverted into senior housing facilities dedicated to senior citizens. The assets are the former boarding school for girls in Spoleto and Villa Pullè in Verona. The planning to convert them into facilities for autonomous older adults will start immediately. Invimit estimates investments for 18 million euro for the redevelopment of the assets, making possible to reintegrate them in the urban fabric. The operation is included in the Inps requalification plan of its real estate assets to optimise their management through the transfer to i3-Silver.
