Intesa Sanpaolo to lease high-rise in MilanoSesto

Through the fund Unione 0, managed by Prelios, Hines and Cale Street entered a preliminary agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo for the 15 years-lease of a new high-rise in MilanoSesto, Milan. Excellently connected by public transport, the new building will be the bank’s new HQ, covering 29,000 Sqm and developing over 17 floors. The completion of the works is expected by 2025. The area will also feature an Accor hotel, a student residence, apartments, and a park.

Borio Mangiarotti to build 56 apartments in former industrial area in Milan

Borio Mangiarotti launched a new residential project in a former industrial area in Certosa di Garegnano, Milan. The area will be requalified to build 56 apartments covering 5,500 Sqm with a €16 million investment. The complex’s two buildings will be near zero energy thanks to the built-in solar panels and will be ready by June 2024.

Investcorp acquired IFAD HQ in Rome for €128 mln

Bahrein fund Investcorp bought from Prelios for €128 million an entire building in Via Paolo di Dono near Eur, Rome, leased long-term to UN agency IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development). The building is LEED Platinum certified and has a GLA of 32,000 Sqm.

Hines and Accor to invest in a hotel in MilanoSesto

Through the fund Unione 0 managed by Prelios, Hines and Accor signed a binding agreement for a 25-years lease of a new hotel in MilanoSesto, Milan. Developing over 19 floors and covering 16,000 Sqm, the building will provide 301 rooms between hotel rooms under the brand Novotel and serviced apartments by Adagio.

Aermont completed two acquisitions from Allianz and Covivio

Aermont Capital announced the acquisition of two properties from Allianz, located in Via Pirelli and Via Monte Grappa, Milan, and a third asset from Covivio in Via dell’Innovazione, not far from Porta Nuova.

The building in Pirelli covers 29,000 Sqm and is currently vacant, while the Innovazione asset (28,000 Sqm) is partially leased. Both located in the dynamic area of Bicocca, they will be turned into grade-A state-of-the-art offices by Aermont complying with the sustainability criteria.

The asset in Monte Grappa consists of a 65-rooms hotel leased to NH Italia spa.

Impresa Rusconi to start residential development in Feltre area, Milan

Allianz acquired 8 logistics assets in Italy for €91 mln

The portfolio consists of two traditional logistic facilities near Milan, covering approximately 60,000 Sqm and six warehouses with an average surface of 5,000 Sqm.
