Meininger to open a hotel in Venice

Meininger Hotels entered a lease agreement for the management of a former hostel in Mestre (Venice) for a total of 434 beds. The hotel, which develops over seven floors and covers 4,500 Sqm, is expected to open in the second half of 2022 following some minor renovation works.

Tod’s to open its store in Galleria, Milan

VGP to build two new logistic parks near Milan

Lendlease to inaugurate Spark Food District in Santa Giulia, Milan

Lendlease signed the first binding agreements for the creation of Spark Food District, which will open on the ground floor of the buildings Spark One and Spark Two in Santa Giulia, Milan.
