Namira Sgr to invest 200 mln € in the requalification of Ventimiglia marina

Adler to invest in the relaunch in hotels in Ortisei and Sicily after the pandemic

Adler announced the reopening of its Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti in Ortisei in April for a total investment of 7.5 million €. The company also plans an Adler hotel in Sicily, near Agrigento, currently under construction, with a total investment of 50 million €. Located on a hill 300 metres from the beach, the hotel will offer 90 rooms and a spa.

INPS sold 40 residential properties near Rome for over 3 mln €

Turin: Villa Moglia to be converted into a luxury hotel
