Binding offers for Ubi real estate portfolio valued 300 million

Ubi Banca is about to receive the binding offers for its real estate portfolio for a value of 300 million euro. The portfolio includes seven office assets, all located in Milan city centre, to be requalified. Ubi will continue occupying the buildings in the short-term. Among the candidates, there are Coima, Ardian, Blackstone and other international investors.

Radisson to open 10 new hotels in Italy between 2020 and 2021

Radisson Hotel Group ltalia plans to inaugurate 10 new hotels between 2020 and 2020, and it might reach 20 hotels in 2022. The hotel chain is currently working on the renovation of the former Telecom building in Mestre, which will become a five-star hotel. In Rome, Radisson has already opened a hotel in Palazzo Montemartini offering 89 rooms.

In Milan, the company working on the restyling of the business hotel Radisson Blu in Via Villapizzone, while in the former Touring building it will be created an “affordable luxury” hotel under the Collection brand. Another Radisson Collection will open in 2022 in the former Allianz offices.

Intrum and Credito Fondiario to make binding offers for Cerved NPL unit

Tecnocasa: Turin property market on the rise

Tecnocasa reports that property prices in Turin grew by 0.7% in the first half of 2019, while transactions were 6,853 (+0.3% from the same period of 2018). Prices rose especially in Via Lagrange, Via Roma, Via della Rocca and Piazza Bodoni. The average prices for renovated upscale homes are around 5,000-7,000 euro/Sq m. Investors mainly focus on Piazza Carlo Felice and Piazza Cnl, where important requalification projects are being carried out. The emerging trend is to invest in already let properties or to buy properties to convert into B&B.

Construction started for Maximall in Pompei

The construction works have started for Maximall in Torre Annunziata, close to the ancient city of Pompei. IregnRe is in charge of the requalification project, which also implies the promotion of the territory and its culture. The investment amounts to over 170 million euro, covering a 200,000 Sq m surface. The shopping mall will offer about 130 shops, a Marriott four-star hotel, a cinema and conference centre, and 30 restaurants. It will be surrounded by 50,000 Sq m of public park. The inauguration is expected by the end of 2021. IrenRe forecast 12 million visits and a 350-million turnover in the first year.

DeA Capital Real Estate obtain green loan for 85 million from Crèdit Agricole Cib and Ing secured by Galleria Passarella

DeA Capital Real Estate got a green loan for 85 million euro from Crèdit Agricole Cib and Ing. The credit is guaranteed by Galleria Passarella in Milan. The asset was acquired from Goldman Sachs at the end of last year for 280 million euro, and it’s composed of two buildings for office and retail use.

No price variations for the residential market in Pisa

The property market in Pisa had not registered any significant change in prices in the first half of 2019. Investments tend to concentrate in San Giusto as well as in the area near the train station targeting tourists and students. The average prices are comprised between 1,500 and 1,600 euro/Sq m for renovated properties in San Giusto and between 1,200 and 1,300 euro/Sq m for apartments in good conditions near the station.
