Villas worth more than €2.8 m at Costa Navarino are selling out

TEMES is expected to launch its new residential proposal in Costa Navarino in autumn, investing further in the development of its real estate portfolio.

Τhe strong demand for branded apartments and luxury residences that have been developed in three different areas in the luxury tourist complex of Messinia, has accelerated the creation of new residential products, which differentiate from existing ones and aim to attract high end tenants.

The vast majority of the apartments, which are part of The Westin Resort Hotel, as well as the villas, have already been sold, and the new owners come mainly from central Europe, the UK and Greece.

To date, 85 luxury 3-6 bedroom villas have been sold, as well as 79 branded apartments. The sale price of the apartments started at €500,000 when they were first launched in the market, and now the available types start at €660,000.

The houses are developed in three different areas (Sea Dunes, Olive Grove and Rolling Greens) within Navarino Dunes, Costa Navarino’s first development area. The villas in Sea Dunes are located just a few meters from the beach, in plots of 1550 to 1700 sq.m., with total interiors of 500 sq.m. and 6 bedrooms.

The villas in Olive Grove neighborhood are located among olive groves overlooking The Dunes Course, have 5 bedrooms and are developed in plots of 1,350-1 800 sq.m., with 320 sq.m. of total interiors and 5 bedrooms. These villas had a starting price of EUR 2.8 million when they were launched and today the sale price for the minimum available starts from 3.5 million euros.

Τhe villas in Rolling Greens are all developed together by the company and are expected to be delivered to their owners “turnkey” in the first quarter of 2023. These are houses constructed in plots of 700-1.300 sq.m., with interiors of 235-295 sq.m. and have 3 or 4 bedrooms. This category of houses is the most popular, since all of these villas were sold within a year, with a starting price of €1.25 m.
