The building consists of 121 horizontal properties and has has a parking area of four underground levels. It has been developed on a plot of 1,233 sqm. while the purchase price amounted to € 17,100,000.
The property is leased (by 2021) to Piraeus Bank with a lease of €1,032 m per year.
