TRASTOR REIC acquired Dorida Ktimatiki SA with total value of € 15.45m

Trastor REIC announced the acquisition of the 100% of the shares of a Société Anonyme under the corporate name “DORIDA KTIMATIKI S.A.”. DORIDA KTIMATIKI owns a logistics centre with a total surface area of 25,095 sq.m, located on a land plot of 62,761 sq.m in the area of “Roupaki” or “Melissia” in Aspropyrgos, Attica. The property is fully leased. The acquisition price for the shares of the company amounts to €9,505,477.36 while the total value of its asset amounts to €15.45 m.

The transaction is financed from a bank loan.

The CEO of the Company, Mr. Tassos Kazinos, made the following statement: “We expand our investments in a key pillar of the Greek real estate market, through the acquisition of a company and the addition of a high-end, state of the art, logistics centre. The Company’s investment interest focuses on the sector of logistics and their capability to further deliver added value.
