The hotel, which has 30 rooms, was acquired by the company as part of its ongoing investment strategy for luxury hotels in key European destinations.
The hotel will undergo extensive renovations at the end of the summer 2020 season. Reuben Brothers are considered one of the strongest private equities, investing mainly in real estate development and debt financing. In real estate they have invested in office, retail, hotel and luxury home markets around the world. Reuben Brothers has hotels in the UK and Europe in destinations such as London, Rome, Venice and Verbier.
