Rethymnon: the architectural study for a new 5-star hotel in Bali, Mylopotamos was approved
The Central Council of Architecture approved the architectural study for the new luxury hotel in Mylopotamos, Rethymnon.
The project concerns the construction of a new 5-star hotel complex in Katevati, in the local community of Melidoni, in Bali, in the Municipality of Mylopotamos. It will be built on an area of 197 square km outside the settlement of Bali, will have a total area of 15,309 sq.m. and among others will include a spa, gym with indoor and outdoor pools and outdoor areas developed on two levels.
The study was modified based on the decision of the Local Council of the Ministry of Culture. The investment body is the company HOTELLAS SA.
